Info
For this beginner trail running course, I don't propose a specific route in advance. The idea is to take advantage of the free transport in the Chamonix Valley and adapt each day to discover the most beautiful route possible, taking into account the constraints of the natural environment.

Olivier is a fantastic guide, passionate about trail running and the mountains. I had the pleasure of doing a trail running course with him. Always in good spirits, he was able to adapt to everyone's level in the group and gave us invaluable advice on trail running and the mountains (running technique, equipment, training , etc.).
I highly recommend it!

Why this trail running training camp?
"When I started trail running after several years of intense mountain biking training, I never imagined that running required so much technique and knowledge. My lack of experience led to numerous failures and the abandonment of projects I was passionate about . Fortunately, I met the right people, and the pleasure I got from running in the mountains was so great that I researched extensively to understand how to "be a runner." With a tailored trail running course, I quickly gained experience, more enjoyment, and avoided many injuries. Today, I want to share everything I've learned because I know that sport and nature are the keys to profound well-being."
